Run The One with Independent Age

An event every 5 days that begins at 10:30 am, repeating indefinitely
Join us and train to run, jog, or just walk, one mile. There are 10 ‘Run The One’ park locations throughout the Worthing and surrounding areas. You can register for a free taster session near you on the event website. Weekly sessions at each park start in March and run on through April and May. This group isn’t about how fast or how far you can go, but about getting active, having fun, making friends and supporting each other towards reaching a goal. At the end of your training we’ll invite you to join us for a celebration mile event to show how far you have come!
